| Elizabeth Hurley Ties The Knot; Castle Celebration Today |
Elizabeth Hurley is set to celebrate her marriage today, with the festivities taking place in a castle in England.
Hurley, 41, and 42-year-old Indian businessman Arun Nayar will publicly celebrate their union on the grounds of Sudeley Castle, Gloucestershire.
It was also reported that the couple actually tied the knot in a secret ceremony yesterday.
The Daily Mirror newspaper said the couple married in a ceremony at the same venue with just two witnesses.
It reports Anne Williams, county superintendent registrar for Gloucestershire, conducted proceedings in one of the castle’s licensed rooms, joined by a second registrar.
For todays festivities, which will be much more chaotic, a team of security guards has been surrounding a large marquee at the elegant countryside location.
The Irish Examiner noted that shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Winchcombe have displayed good luck signs and put out balloons, rooting for a successful marriage for the actress, whose most notorious relationship was with actor Hugh Grant. |
